The HART Sport Zone Championships are part of a statewide series conducted across 23 zones in New South Wales. These championships provide a relaxed and inclusive competition environment for athletes of all levels.
Welcome to the Inner City Zone Championships, the main representative pathway for Little Athletics athletes in our area. This is your opportunity to compete against athletes from neighbouring clubs and, for many, to progress to Region and State Championships.
Wests Track and Field is part of the Inner City Zone, which is made up of 7 clubs: Canterbury, South Eastern, Eastern Suburbs, Tigers West, Randwick Botany, Balmain, and Inner West LAC. As part of our partnership with Athletics NSW, athletes from some senior clubs, running clubs, and schools will also participate.
Event Details
- Dates: Saturday 6 December and Sunday 7 December 2025
- Venue: ES Marks Athletic Field, Kensington
Who Can Nominate?
- All athletes from 7s to U20 are eligible to nominate for Zone.
- 16s, 17s, and U20s: These age groups are non-qualifying. Athletes in these groups do not progress through the competition pathway and must enter Region and/or State Championships directly if they wish to continue competing after Zone.
